Payment processing

This site uses SSL Encryption for all data and uses Paypal Braintree for secure and safe payment processing. The payment window is a secure direct integration from Braintree card payment processing services. We do not store your credit card information as it is encrypted and processed directly by the Braintree/Paypal service.

We are only able to ship to the verified address for the payment method used, due to issues with potential fraud we are no longer able to ship to any address different than the address on file with the payment method, ie. Your Billing Address.

We would suggest that you make payments using your PayPal, or your PayPal Credit Account to ensure your safety and ours, as well as the fastest possible processing time.

We are NOT a Business to Business reseller or wholesaler and are unable to sell our products to businesses for resale.

Refund policy

In order to be able to offer the low prices on our website, and free shipping, all purchases are final.

Because we are a small business, we do not provide a buy, open and try, and return option like some of the big box companies.

We cannot process and do not provide refunds, we do not accept returns, or do exchanges after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product(s) on this Website, and by completing your purchase you have acknowledged your acceptance of this policy. Please make sure that you’ve carefully read the product description before making a purchase to ensure the product you are ordering is what you expect.

Note that additional detailed information for products we sell is generally available on the product manufacturers respective websites.

All products are shipped with the packaging the manufacturer provides and shipped to you through common carriers in the US. ie. USPS, UPS, FedEx. Orders with certain products and over certain dollar amounts will require a signature at the time of delivery.

If you find that the product you have received may be defective from the manufacturer, it is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer to resolve any issues and request their assistance in resolving the issue. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to reject or not-accept delivery of the product package if damages to the packaging are such that product contained within may be damaged, furthermore, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact and work with the carrier that delivers the package to address such issues.

ALL Warranty claims must be handled by you, the purchaser/customer, and the respective manufacturer who has the warranty, and it is your responsibility to contact that manufacturer directly. NH-HIKE does NOT process warranty claims.
